Event skills and experience

I have extensive experience delivering conferences, festivals and stakeholder events across the corporate, policy and charity sectors. I work across the full event lifecycle, from early concept development through to onsite delivery, supporting organisations and agencies to deliver complex, high-quality events.

Event Production and Delivery

I lead the planning and delivery of in-person, hybrid and digital events, ensuring every element runs smoothly from start to finish. My work includes full production management, logistics coordination, supplier management and onsite delivery across conferences, launches, exhibitions, networking events and festivals.

Programme & Content Development

I work closely with clients and speakers to develop strong event programmes that align with organisational goals and engage audiences. This includes speaker coordination, agenda development, scripting, copywriting and managing session content across multi-stream conferences and large event programmes.

Project and Stakeholder Management

Much of my work involves managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. I regularly work with senior leaders, policymakers, academics, partners and sponsors to ensure events meet strategic objectives while maintaining a collaborative and efficient delivery process.

Event Logistics and Operations

I manage the operational elements that ensure events run seamlessly, including supplier procurement and negotiation, budget development and reconciliation, risk management, venue coordination and production planning.

Digital and Event Technology

I have extensive experience working with event technology platforms including RainFocus and Cvent, as well as managing event websites, apps and digital communications. My work also includes digital signage and wayfinding for large-scale conferences and complex venues.
